e2v Asia Pacific appoints President

e2v, the leading global provider of technology solutions for high performance systems, has appointed Paul Brown into the role of President, e2v Asia Pacific. Paul will join e2v on 5th September 2011 and will be based at their Hong Kong office, from where he will lead the expansion of e2v’s business in the important Asia Pacific region.
Paul joins e2v from Ultra Clean Technology Inc., a $460m contract manufacturer and systems integrator, where he held the role of Senior Vice President Asia. In this role, Paul led the Asia Pacific operations and establishment of regional headquarters in Singapore.
Paul has lived and worked in Singapore and Hong Kong for the last twenty four years. In 1984, he received a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Chemical Engineering & Fuel Technology from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
Paul will drive the e2v organisation forward, expanding on existing resources in sales, engineering support and after market services in this strategically important region.
