QP Semiconductor Announces Qualified Military UV EPROM Family
QP Semiconductor, an e2v group company, today announced that the Defense Supply Center, Columbus (DSCC) has approved the QP family of re-engineered UV EPROMs for listing on several SMD (Standard Military Drawing) selections.
The QP EPROM family consists of the QP27C64, QP27C128 and QP27C256 which are fully re-designed products that support all pin-out, package styles, electrical characteristics and programming specs of the original devices supplied by AMD and Intel. Furthermore, QP EPROMs (which are listed on SMDs 85102, 5962-87661 and 5962-86063) meet all of the AC / switching characteristics of the original devices, thereby providing a true drop-in replacement with no impact to timing constraints of the sub-system.
